Making Chai with Pre-Made Chai Mix

Making your own Concentrate

Chai concentrate
Place 18 tsp of chai tea into side infuser of a 1.5 litre jug, fill the jug with boiling water Infuse for approx. 5-6 mins remove the side infuser and allow to cool. Refrigerate overnight or use concentrate straight away for a delicious chai latte The concentrate will darken overnight to produce a stronger and deeper flavour
Chai latte
Pour 1/3 cup of concentrate in glass. Warm and froth soy/normal milk in a jug (2/3 of a cup) and add to the glass. You can add one teaspoon of honey to sweeten if desired. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Iced Chai
same as above, but substitute warm milk for cold. serve with ice.
