Japanese Salad Dressing

If you've eaten a green salad at a good Japanese restaurant, you've probably experienced a surprisingly different salad dressing than you're used to.

I'm still searching for a recipe that comes close to my favorite Japanese restaurant, Kura. I haven't found it yet, but I've decided that it's some kind of Yuzu, vinegar, and soy sauce blend.
