Baked Banana with Star Anise over Ice Cream

  • Yellow banana, just ripe.
  • Star anise, 5-6 cloves per banana
  • Ice cream
  1. From the front, slice banana lengthwise through to (but not completely through) the opposite side.
  2. Spread the banana slightly, and insert the star anise cloves inside from end to end. (Roughly 5-6 per banana).
  3. Press banana closed and wrap in tinfoil
  4. Bake 40mins @ 200C
