Japanese Mayonnaise

You might be surprised, but Japanese Mayonnaise is really good stuff, and quite noticeably different from western varieties.

There are really two main brands;

  1. kewpie
  2. ajinomoto

I personally prefer ajinomoto, but it appears to be slightly more expensive.
